Official raw files (DOL)
Every f_5500_*_latest dataset, full-year ZIPs and CSVs plus all schedules, is
published on the Department of Labor's dataset page:

Files are organized by plan year; "Latest" sets are refreshed periodically with new and amended filings, so byte-exact contents change between refreshes. We link the official page rather than deep file URLs because the DOL periodically reorganizes its file paths.
What each file contains

| f_sch_a / f_sch_c / f_sch_d … | Insurance (A), service-provider fees (C), and pooled-fund (D) schedules keyed to the main filings by ACK_ID. |
The same data, already parsed
The raw ZIPs are position-keyed CSVs that need joining across schedules. PlainRetire ingests the official datasets and serves them as linked, browsable records - 122,942 plans:
